Nice! I just posted something similar. How is everything going since the GSP debacle?

Looks great. I can't believe the RP forest goin on in there. I also can't believe how quick it seems to grow. Wasn't it only a few months ago you thought you'd lose the mother to red bugs?

I found GSP growing on the rockwork now, so not well. I do not how it got to the rocks, they are not touching the back wall so I may have to just remove the rock as well. Lesson learned. Still on the look out for a new tank on craigslist, so I will not move any rock or sand over and just the colonies but not with any rock attached. Thanks for asking dowtish. :)

The mother colony never showed any red bugs, but when I treated, it responded well to the treatment as did all the other corals not showing any visual red bugs. I would have been able to visualize them in macro images but they never showed on most corals.

They are certainly as fast grower and hardy.

It was the Langston SeaFoam and Valida that had RB the worst, at least on images. Both those did well after treatment.
Red Bugs do not seem to like rough skinned corals like Millepora or Prostrata. They love the smooth skin ones though and they are much easier to view against the smooth skin.

My bad. I have a memory like a rock. I was thinking it was the RP that was not getting any PE during that period. I do remember when it first started to to get big enough that you considered beginning to frag it. That doesn't seem to far in the past.

I read you dose Kent A/B and (M?) All manual? I'm really impressed at how fast that coral grows.

Still dosing the Parts A/B manual and the Kent Tech Magnesium.

I will probably have to change that up if I go 50 or more gallons and get a doser or reactor.

After being low tech for over 1.5 years I am kind of itching to get back to some technology.

Not sure if I am going to go with Biopellets ( seeing a lot of good results ) or trying a hybrid of the zeovit.

I will leave some frags in the current set up as a gauge of what I do right and what I do wrong.

:) It's kind of funny I am just now realizing acropora look kind of odd, not everyones cup of tea. They do look alien, especially frags for sure.

Yes I do Eric, just added some more egg crate, large piece to the front of the tank for frags. It messes up the overall look but I get more frag placement options.

LOL. This is as good as I can do right now. The rest of the is taken up by egg crate currently. It's a tiny tank, 28 gallons empty.

Interesting red planet.. I have one myself for about 1:5 months but I don't see any PE . Its growing on the base which has some PE but what that guy said about RB aand not seeing any PE I should maybe dip the coral in ReVive by WM? Ill take some shots. Maybe its that I have it to high in the tank) I have the boost 135w mu fixture 12 -15 inches from the RP.[VMEO][/VMEO]

And also my RP isn't has red as yours... sper jelous.
