Nice images, Cheryl. Hope your luck changes soon. How are the new LPS doing?

    Hey Jerry,

Funny you should ask. I have been thinking I have an amphipods issue going on with the Blasto. The clown  unfortunately will pick at them and they are doing ok but I have a feeling that at night amphipods are chewing on them, finally figured it out. All other LPS are doing well though. Might just do Interceptor and see if that makes a difference.

I hate those things. Noticed the Red Watermelon and Miami Hurricane chalices showing some skeleton. Checked at night and sure enough, amphipods. Dosed Interceptor, and the chalices are growing back quickly. It was three months since the last dose.

Hey, sorry for the late get back!

Yes southern AZ almost on the border. No dust storms but highs 100 today already
I alternate my lighting schedule in the summer months. Light on during the coolest parts of the day. Chiller bit the dust last summer. Use of fans and elevate the hood an inch or two. It's do able but not the best. LED's are looking better and better.

I am going to dose again with Interceptor. I figure why not, no shrimp, no crabs/hermits. Increased water clarity and decreased pods. I figure there are mites that you do not even know of and the treatment showed great results last time to corals not even affected with Red Bugs. Win Win. :)

    Hey Mr. Bill. ;D

    Thank you.

With work and life I am having issues keeping up with the 2 nanos I have going currently. Big tank means big lights, big dosing. Big sigh.

I know the feeling, although honestly, I found (the hard way) that multiple smaller tanks can be more of a task than one larger one. Never again... at least not until after I retire. :)
