I have read that gobies like to sift the sand in search of uneaten food, small animals, etc. You can feed it zoo or meats that settle at the bottom and he will gladly pick them up. These guys live at the bottom, so settling his food at the sand level is preferred.

hmm ok, first off, what size tank do you have, these guys will like a mature tank of about 50 gallons...you should feed it a mix of frozen brine shrimp, mysid shrimp and live black worms...Welcome To 3Reef

This guy has moved all my sand and had built walls around my rock....Is there a way to stop this guy? If I move it back will he move it again?

Yes, indeed. That is a very nice fish. Moving sand is what they do best:)
They are kinda like engineer gobies. If they couldn't move sand, they wouldn't have a reason to live. lol
