I was just lookin through my tank and saw some pink looking things so i grabbed them. Couldent figure out what they were but i noticed a spine looking bone. So i was lookin around and finnaly saw my star was missing half of his arm and another arm looked liked it was nipped at. Now I dont think anything in my tank could do that much damage to the star.

Live Stock: Yellow tang, Regal tang, Sailfin tang, two percs, yellowtail damsel, 2 neon gobies, 1 blood shrimp, 3 cleaner shrimp (cant find one of them), electric scallop,Clam, sebac anemone, florida condi anemone, 15 turbo snails, 10 nassiruss (spelling), 10 hermets

Corals: Colt, flower pot, frogspawn, couple mushroom frags, leather frag, candy frag.

I dont believe it was any of the fish, the only thing i could think of was one of the anemones. If anyone has a idea it would be greatly appreciated.

We need the CSI here people!:help:
    TIA

Odds are the star is dropping arms as it dies. Star fish are a very sensitive and require care that most of us can not give long term.

Sorry to hear of your loss

The starfish could be very alive still, but in the process of dying, or you could have a hitchiker you dont know about, but its generally been a just because type thing.
