    I just ordered the Typhoon 5 stage from Air Water and Ice this morning before 8 a.m. online. I just checked my mail and they said that it is being shipped today. I am impressed. I got 4 emails from them letting me know what is going on and to just say thank you for ordering from them. Now that is customer service. I am so glad that I went with my first choice then going with a cheaper one from ebay. They have got a customer for the life of my reef. Hopefully that will be for a long long time.

    I just got a Typhoon III from them about a month ago and had the same service. I have since went back and got a 10.7 gallon storage tank because of the service. I heard the same thing you did.."I got one cheaper on ebay" Hope they don't need service work....lol
