i found a deal on ebay to order some live rock. it was way cheeper to get it there then it was at my lfs. i asked the seller how long it has been in his aquarium for and he said between a month or two. its a fully cycled tank as well. right now i do have fish and snails in my tank at home. now im assuming i should re cure this rock to be on the safe side when i recieve it?
it takes about 3-4 days to get it.
your feedback would be greatly appreciated. thanks everyone ;D

There will be some pretty significant die-off on rock during shipment.

Essential you re-cure outside tank before adding it...

get a rubbermade tote, a heater and a powerhead, just keep it at normal aquarium temps and good strong water movement. You'll know how much die off you had just from the smell when you open the box

I've also heard of having a higher salinity (SG) while curing. it helps kill off any unwanted parasite/ hitchhikers and supposedly speeds things along.

Nah, should be fine, and if not, nothing a lil' RO can't fix.
