Just throwing this out there to see what you guys think. I know mollies can be acclimated to SW. Has anyone ever done this to any other FW fish? What about bettas? They can take oxygen from out of the surface as well as in the water, so if they could become used to the salinity, wouldn't it be possible? Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to start experimenting with FW fish to try this, Im just curious if anyone knows of other fish besides mollies.

Columbian sharks can be done. They live in brakish water but eventually move to salty waters. I would like to do the experiement.

Several years ago (over a decade ago) my uncle had clowns acclimated to fresh water. I know you are looking to go the other direction. I just thought it was interesting.

Oh btw my uncle did not acclimate them, he bought them from the store that way.
