Hey Otty, was the overflow box in your tank black to begin with or was it painted? I read where you painted the one end of the DT, but didn't see anything in regards to the over flow box (maybe i missed it, sorry if i did). Just asking bacause I plan to build my over flow this weekend, but only came across clear lexan. I would prefer a black or blue look..

I ordered the acrylic black from a glass store. You should be able to find it on the internet pretty cheap.

oh yeah i wanted to ask you if there was still a fish living in your overflow ?

 

I will try and get some time for pics soon. Kids keep me running and this is going on the second week I have not had a day off so not much time for anything right now. My little Royal Gramma passed away during my O3 accident but I have since picked up another one and my six line keeps him hidden pretty much all the time except when food hits the water... ;D

Tonight was the only night I had free and it is tank maintenance night. Blowing off the rock and doing a small water change. Plus need to mess with some plumbing.
