My new additions: whale sharks - currently acclimating in my 6,300,000 gallon tank in 2 very large bags. :p

Great trip to the Georgia Aquarium yesterday. Jwin and I really enjoyed it - the husband, not so much. He was a good sport, until the massive 9-lane traffic jam north of Atlanta. Fortunately, he made it back safely to his recliner!

The reef tank literally stopped me in my tracks. Wow! Pictures just don't do it justice. We got to watch the diver feed the corals with the fish trailing along.

It is like snorkeling in Hawaii! I would love to go back - my best vacation ever. Jwin, when you quit costing me a fortune and start making a fortune, maybe you can take your old mom back to Hawaii!?!?! Yes?? ;D

We finally got our contest-winning RO unit installed inside! We've actually been using it for a while, but the only place we could get enough water pressure was from the outside faucet. We ordered a booster pump on Matt's suggestion (from a 3reef sponsor, of course) and finally had time this weekend to hook it up. It's really great! The pressure is perfect. The booster pump is really quiet.

    Now for pictures!

This disaster is my former wet bar/now fish room. Jwin can make quite a mess....

And now my experience level as a plumber has gone up quite alot. :p What you don't see in the pictures is that we plumbed the RO unit in where we can still use the cold water on our sink. The water is always on, and you can barely see the gate valve that allows us to send the water to the unit. After you open the gate valve, you turn on the booster pump, and B-I-N-G-O we have water in the making (or should I say filtering?) :)

Sorry about the annotations, my mom put it up on my youtube account so I had to explain that it's not my video. And I ask for the rating because the higher the rating and the more views it gets, the more people get to see it :)

Oh please....::)....spare me.... I put it on YOUR YouTube because:
    1. I don't have an account (actually I do as of 5 minutes ago).
    2. When I click on YouTube in MY favorites, YOUR account opens up (you might trying logging off :p).
    3. You might try staying off MY computer in the first place and maybe YOUR YouTube account wouldn't open up! :p

Anyway, the shrimp and goby were distracting me from work (again) and I shot a little video with my digital camera! :)
