Thanks, everybody. :) I've really missed you all!

And now for some updated pictures - we reached the 2 year mark on the tank! I need to work on pictures more, but this is a start!

Oh, and in care you're wondering, the clowns in the plastic colander are in "time out" - we found out before it worked really well when introducing new fish. ;D They'll go back in the tank in the morning and will be on their best behavior (I hope). :-/

I was posting when you were posting! Not a salad spinner - a clown corral!

Probably about a year - I think I added those after I upgraded my light fixture.

The peppermint hog and the flasher wrasse are doing well this morning - I'm so relieved! I just knew I was going to lose the wrasse. He didn't do well from the get-go and yesterday was lying on the sand bed, after being harassed by the clowns (who went in time-out in the colander) and my pygmy angel. He finally wedged himself up into a hole and I figured I'd never see him again. I tried to catch the angel and actually had her trapped with the 2-liter inverted soda bottle trick, but the hogfish went in the trap at the same time. As I was trying to get the hog out, the angel got out too. Darn it. So, yesterday afternoon, I was feeding them and flying out of nowhere came the flasher wrasse, eating like crazy! He's been like a different fish - flashing his fins at the angel, who hasn't touched him since. Weirdest thing. If they gave fish Academy Awards for acting, he'd be a winner in my book. We'll probably release the clowns back in this morning. The colander trick worked like a charm when introducing a new fish before, so hopefully they'll behave. At least I know I can catch them! Hopefully, this is the last of introducing new fish for a while - it's too stressful!

The clowns are out of colander prison and back in the tank. They're behaving nicely - no more cheap shots at the new arrivals. :)

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Beautiful tank. Must be a labor of love judging by the spotless back wall. You are a better person than me, mine never gets cleaned.

So many nice things, the zoanthids, the great picture of the urchin on the monti in the FTS, huge mushroooms, acros......................
