I don't know about best idea ever :p If that snail gets caught in your tube, then you have a problem. No water coming out of the tank, pump still going... water on the hardwood... lol seems good in theory, but not so good in practice ;) Tank looks great J!

Eh it's a skinny snail. One of those florida ceriths. My friend has had a margarita snail cleaning INSIDE his utube without any problems :p I won't stick one of our fat snails in there that's for sure.

I thought I'd add in a little more pics, cause these may be the last pics for a while as we let everything grow. Enjoy the poor camera quality! :D Remember, our goal was a FOWLR w/ softies, and I would say we have achieved just that. :) Only a few more days and we'll hit the 3 month old mark. Wow, so young.

All of these pictures were taken today, by the way.

Now for some coral frag pics!

Zoa frags. Still growin, slowly but surely. And our first zoa we ever got, a freebie, has gone from 5-7 heads to 14 heads. Growth!

Tank with starburst, with an Armor of God zoa frag on the left. Yes, Armor of God zoa. Can't wait for that sucker to grow, the heads that are the most vibrant are the ones on top that are hard to see. Just our luck. :p

I love the coral beauty. Tank looks good, much better now that the algae is gone.

I don't know about green. They are a dull color though...we have one that is starting to orange up. Maybe it's the same effect? When they get full orange, they are absolutely stunning. I can't wait for it to spread off of that frag plug, it's already starting to grab the rock a bit in the front. These sure don't grow very quickly though, do they? :)
