Over growing corals

Its just easier to trade it in to get more smaller corals

 

the thing is you get more credit for smaller groupings of corals most of the time.
I could bring in a 200-300 grouping of zoas and get 100 dollars in credit or I could do 20 groups of 10 and end up with like 200 dollars.

 

im only having problems with my mushrooms and hard corals

 

I know I said zoas but that was a example, it translates to almost all corals because you see things become cheaper the more you buy.

 

I have good luck with keeping fish and coral and shrimp and stuff by just adding them to tank but anytime i messed with anything i killed it and its a nice coral but its just to big

 

I would take it slow, do a bit of reading up on fragging and maybe trade frags with some of ur fellow 3reef members in your area!!

watched this yesterday, the easy ones I already knew about but those LPS corals, fascinating just how severe you can treat them when fragging
and that SPS cut into a few mm slices - incredible
