Ok i procrastinated my sump project but need it working before i acclimate my motherload off ebay. Included are pics of the project but my real problem is (other than not getting it done or testing it outside the tank) that the couplings to my CPR Overflow CS102 (1200gph) are leaking. Now they arent glued but TIGHT, its leaking from the pool hose. How do I get a water tight seal on that stuff. Is there a special coupling it screws onto? Ive heard alot of people just screw it into PVC fitting, and well, it didnt work for me. Any advice will help!

EUREKA! I had just given up, lying in bed had my moment. My problem is im screwing a non water-tight drain hose into a female end, if on the male end I would not have a problem. Moderators mark this as resolved i'm an idiot.

I was about to make a post saying you have it hooked up incorrectly. Glad you fixed the issue.
