Does anyone know where I can get a pre-fab'd corner overflow for a bottom drilled tank, similar to the ones you see on Marineland or other pre-fab'd aquariums? I can only find pre-fab'd overflow boxes for side drilled tanks.

Other option I was looking into was just a rectangular piece of acrylic cut to height of tank and siliconed into the corner. Not sure how easy it would be to cut slots on the top though, dremel?

You could contact one of the manufacturers and order a "replacement". A search of their website should yield contact information.

You certainly could make your own. A steady hand with the dremel would do the trick.

I agree with Mr. Bill...it's not tuff to DIY one. If you have a table saw or router, you can cut the teeth easily (or use a Dremel as mentioned).

Also, check Ebay or a local plastic/acrylic person/company. You can also check with John Hoang at Advance Acrylics in Anaheim, CA (he's our tankbuilder).
