I have a new 75 gallon tank, I am using a 1500 gph box from glass-holes.com. I want to know how deep in the water should my box go? should some of the the teeth be above the water or all of it submerged?

Usually, the teeth will be above water. It'll be that the very bottom of the valleys in the teeth will be right about your water level, or at least within a half inch or so.
