8)Anyone please .I am in the process of setting up a 100 g sps that I aquired predrilled in both corners for 1 in. bulkheads for over flow.I feel these will not accomodate turning the tank over 8 times per hour.PLEASE need opinions A.G.A claims there new megaflow overflows will accomodate 600gph on a 1in. bulkhead sounds promising .If I have to redrill so be it .Thank you for any opinions.

    Using the following input parameters
    Gallons per Hour = 600

Drain and Overflow sizes are calculated as
Recommended minimum drain pipe diameter = 1.01 inches
Recommended minimum linear overflow size = 9 inches

    Using the following input parameters

Drain and Overflow sizes are calculated as
Recommended minimum drain pipe diameter = 1.09 inches
Recommended minimum linear overflow size = 11 inches

So it looks like 1 inch pipe should get you about 600gph.

    :)
