Do you use any aerosol cleaners like Lysol in your game room? I've heard of people using spray deodorant near there tank and having trouble

There is a remote possibility there was some creature in the rock you didn't know about. An anemone comes to mind as that could take out a tank if it died. Any ammonia?

Here's a pic of the shroom that got shredded. Still suspect it may have something to do with it.

My other 3 chromis look healthy, but have started to act weird. Almost like clownfish do when they turn on their side and spaz out for a second, except the chromis don't roll to their side. I think they may be in trouble too.

The weird thing is the total lack of impact on my corals. Not only have none of them been injured, they are actually doing incredibly well. Fully opened and brightly colored. Also my six-line seems fine. Whatever is causing this, it seems to be confined to the fish only. Even my snails and hermits seem unaffected.

As to chemical pollutants, there's no chance. I don't ever get chemicals near my tanks.

I have tested for stray voltage, but haven't found any. Now I'm wondering if there could be stray voltage intermittantly?? Anyone who's had stray current problems, please chime in. Did it just hurt your fish, or did it have a wider affect? I'm going to change out my GFI recepticle anyway just to be safe.

Never did get a good pic of my B/Ws, but here's a shot of Roscoe P Kole Tang

This seems to indicate increased nutrients from somewhere. I did see no ammonia but took it that, that was right after the fish were found dead. Have you checked again?
