Hey Guys - I plan to use this design for my 65 gallon stand - This design is for an exact fit but I want to build it out about 3 inches in each direction to be able to fit a 40br in as a sump. Would placing a 3/4 piece of wood on the top frame for the tank to sit on hold it?

    Three things....

    1) If you check your post, Reef Central doesn't support image hot linking. Thus, there isn't much to look at.

    2) Maybe not such "good taste" to post from one forum to another..... don't know if there are rules on that.

    3) Given we can't see the design, It would depend on whether there was a center brace. 3/4 is plenty thick. That's not the question. The question is the support structure under it.

Sorry not used to the whole sensitive fish forum etiquette. Didn't intend to offend anyone...
