Hey guys, I just had a new a/c until installed in my house. Its super nice and actually keeps the house cool unlike the dinosaur I had before (24 years old).

The only thing is the new a/c unit does not use regular a/c filters. It uses a charge plate that zaps any dust that flows through it. It gives the house a bit of an ozoney smell.

I couldn't find a whole lot of information on ozone and I don't really understand any of it, but some red flags I did find including "toxic" and "dangerous to fish and inverts"

I am assuming my a/c filter thing isn't going to be creating enough ozone to kill everything, will it?
