:confused::confused::confused: There were 0 vampires in I Am Lengend. They were infected. Would be much more associated with zombies, not vampires. Zombies are humans who have been infected with a virus that changes their behavior to turn them against the un-infected. Vampires are not human, but have to feed on human blood (not flesh) to maintain their powers and extend their lives.
Now, in I Am Legend, the virus was a form of rabies. But, I see it as entirely plausible that the swift moving swine flu could easily morph into something similar ;)
Someone is apparently not a giant fan of sci-fi fantasy post apacolyptic horror flicks! ;) :p

in the book i am legend the infected were made to look more like vampires... they cant be in sunlight and they listen to a leader and are smarter than most zombies :)...

it was kind of a strange mix of the two, theres actually allot of debate over it all ;p

Yeah...what he said  I never read the book actually but they seemed more vampiric to me than zombified.

Now, all that being said, I'm more of a 28 Days/28 Weeks later conspiracy theorist....blood puking zombies that can RUN! Now that's some scary stuff right there

Au contraire mon frere....I'm a huge fan of those types of movies, especially the old timey "B" variety. Roger laughs at me because I get scared of stuff that "can never happen in real life." YEAH RIGHT!

Yes but they are infected causing the change. That to me means more zombie like than vampire like. But, they aren't really either or. And if you go by the book, and the early movie versions (Last Man On Earth, Omega Man), its a lot different from the Smith movie. It's almost more occult than anything.
