Bros to help move the stand will be there if you buy the cold beer.
When I first setup my 55 last January, the Petco damsels always died. I had to get some "better" YT damsel from a LFS that weren't abused by the Petco people. In fact I still have both of them today, only this time I have learned to only cycle with one, no matter if it's a 20 gallon or 200 gallon. Here's my first (non-Petco) damsel now:
Practicing his Mime "fish in a box" gig (in fact I've never heard him talk once)

and checking out his new crib

Oh no, I hear ya. The problem is we do not have an LFS of any kind here. So it's PetCo or mail order. And I am not paying $30 in shipping for a YT damsel ;)

Here's a few more random pics:

The coil denitrator. Its a lot bigger than I expected it to be:

Little Giant 4-MDQX-SC return pump. I am running two of these:

Coralife 65W PC light for the fuge. Quality is everything I would expect from a mixture of Coralife and PC's (meaning there is very little of it), but it will serve the fuge well enough:

I would set up your denitrator on your 40g right now. Get it curing. By the time you have your 200g cycled, it will be ready to go. It's going to take a few months to really get going.

Could you set it up in a bucket off saltwater maybe a drum and let it go?
