    It really depends on what type of trigger. The blue jaw is from the genus Xanthichthys (including niger, cross hatch, sargassum triggers). In the wild, these family of triggers are planktivores. They eat small, free floating organism and aren't known to prey on any major crustaceans or fish. Now, I am sure there is still a risk. But as of today, so far so good still. He hasn't batted an eye at anything as far as corals, shrimp, or even the clam.
    Also, I guess a downside to keeping one in a reef, is they are said to be waste making machines. But I guess that all depends on your stocking list and set up, so I am personally not too worried about the waste issue.

    Well, just made out like a bandit thanks to Reef Goddess's E-Bay store. Got me some Superman Monti, Armor of God zoa's, Birds of Paradise birds nest, Sky Blue acropora nobilis, and purple rim monti cap. Can't wait till they come in and I can take some shots.

    Sweet fish! Just got a bluethroat myself, very cool fish. Yours is a little bigger than mine though :p Very nice selection on corals too.
