Great refugium - that's so amazing! Ours looks like a wadded mass of macro crap baffled in the sump! ;D

Well i finally got through this thread... the first 55 pages were reallly really hard to get through.

BUT it was definitely worth it even though that's about 75 minutes of my life im never going to get back

The DT is awesome but add in your fuge idea and this is really an incredible tank

    Steve,
So far, I would have to say that my mermaids fan and the fern caluerpa have been the fastest growing. Although the chaeto has been making a strong come back since my bulb change.

And thanks to everyone for the comments! And a big special thanks to John over at Reef Cleaners. I started talking to him early on about my displayed fuge and possible seahorses in it idea. Not only (obviously) did he have great ideas on which macros would be good, turns out he is also fairly knowledgeable on sea horses themselves as well. He was a big help in planning this out.

 I actually have an emerald crab in there (got to big for my DT and started making me paranoid). It's in there somewhere, occasionally verified by my son. I don't go searching for it!

I can just hear the tagline. . . ."And today on Deadliest Catch!
Get the pot! Get the pot!! Captain Mom has been running her crew now for 39 hours with no signs of letting up. "Green gold, baby!"

LOL Sparky! The thing is...my mom will have only the slightest clue as to what you are talking about. But I understood every word of it. :D

Looks great Pack! I can't wait to see some horses. they've got their own magical forest to play in

Our chaeto isn't growing too good...probably the tank getting fully established, combined with the skimmer, phosphate reactor, and mangroves, our chaeto isn't getting alot of food :) Which is a good thing in my book.

What light/kind of light do you have above your fuge?
