It's a Nikon D70S, with a 35-80mmm Nikon Nikkor lens. I got it for under $350 on e-bay and its MINT. Total steal. I really like it, seems very easy to use considering this is my first SLR camera, and I have been doing EVERYTHING manually. The lens that came with it isnt really the best for taking pictures of the tank, but I am saving up for a macro lens.

Red slime has been there for almost a month. The blenny is the first fish I have added in well over two months, so its not really a stocking issue. I have been trying a few things but havent eliminated it completely yet. I think its mostly due to the fact that I cant use RO/DI, and have to use tap :-/

oo ouch, there ya go. i would highly reccommend you grab a product(if you can) called Kent Marine Nitrate Sponge, thats what worked for me. i rinsed it really well then stuck a bunch in the back of my HOB filter, worked really well!

    *New Pics*

Well, since the macro-lens is out of my budget, I decided to try the macro filters. They work pretty well!
