    Just to clarify...I live in a really old house with a basement. The tank is on the main, or ground, level. I want to put the tank against the stair(s) wall, which is not a supporting wall(and no wall beneath it). The floor jacks will go in the basement to old the tank/stand up, to keep it from falling through the floor. lol.

    I'll be using two of those floor jacks.

    The stand itself is very strong(and heavy).
