    I wanted to use Krylon Fusion for Plastic but it was not in stock. I settled for flat black Krylon that dries in 10 minutes. Worked like a champ.

    I used a deep blue latex with eggshell finish, put on with a foam brush. It look several coats, but was worth it! I hate those plastic background things! I have one on my 10 gallon FW tank, and it always manages to fall off.
