I want to buy two B&W ocellaris clownfish online or at my LFS when they have them in stock. How could I get them to pair because I want them in the same anemone

If you buy them at the same time, they will pair up as they mature. The way it works is the dominant of the two fish will become the female, and the other one will become the male. While they are maturing, one of them will become the more dominant one.

Oh, one way to help tell that they are pairing up is when they turn sideways and quiver to the other one as a sign of submission. There may be a bit of bickering as they establish who will be the dominant one but it will settle down shortly.
