PAR and LED 14g Nano Reef?!

    Hello all I'm very much so stuck in what I need for my tank, my correct setup is working fine but I want to change the look for estatic reasons. I was thinking of going the route of a LED kit for my biocube 14g from rapidLED, HOWEVER I want to be sure I will have enough lighting to keep my coral happy! The main concern in the tank is my Stylophora, what "PAR" should I be aiming for to keep him happy and growing?
