Also I added added some live rock b/c my lfs was having a sale, and i only have 15lbs in the tank. Now I'm at like 35lbs and i took some of the dead corals out. Could this have messed up the numbers as well?

Yes, adding more l/r can start a "mini cycle".

So, continue until the tank catches up with the bioload and added live rock? Or is there anything I can do to make sure the fish and cuc stay safe?

I would just sit it out and wait for things to stabilize. I just tore down my pod prop. tank (ironically an eclipse 29) and tossed a piece of l/r from it into my refugium.

I checked the numbers last night, and everything is looking better. The only things not inline are my calcium and phosphate...Will doing water changes raise my calcium? What can i do to get the phosphate down?

    pH - 8.2
    Nitrite - 0
    Ammonia - 0
    Nitrate - 10
    Salinity - 32.5
    SG - 1.024
    Temp - 81
    Alk - 3.5meq/l
    Phosphate - .35ppm
    Calcium - 300

When should i start water changing again?

What water are you using? phosphates enter the aquarium from fish and invertebrate waste and decaying organic matter, such as dead algea and uneaten fish food. Water treatment facilities may add phosphate to tap water to prevent pipe corrosion and reduce concentrations of heavy metals in drinking water. Some salt mixes also contain phosphates. (REF from API Aquarium Pharmaceuticals)

Im using RODI and red sea salt. Since I posted my last numbers (3/21) i did two 3.5 gal water changes. Also feeding less, however I did move some rocks around a couple of days ago and I checked the numbers just now and they are a little messed up again.

Is it because I stirred up the tank that caused ammonia and pH to lower?
Should I wait until the numbers go back to normal again before i do more water changes?
    Any other ideas?

My advice is to slow down, my tank was slow to cycle and and took some time to level out. Sometimes less is more when it comes to establishing a new setup.
