    How big is your tank?

You may not have used the calculator correctly.

For example, I have about 120gal of water volume, and using BRS recipe 1 I only need about 100ml to raise my Alk 1dkh.

You can do an emergency water change to help stabilize things, but don't change too much. At this point, a big swing in another direction might make things even worse.

The problem there is you mixed your units of measure. 1.94 is in meq/l; 10 is in dKH
    There's a 2.8 conversion factor missing there.

    1.94 meq/l = 5.432 dKH

You should have entered 5.4 as your current dKH, 10 as your desired. However, the calculator also advises you not to raise your system more than 1.4 dKH per day.

Test your current pH, Alk, Ca, and Mg; let us know the results.

On it's own, it will eventually stabilize and the precipitate will fall out. You will have a chalky mess you'll need to siphon out when you do your next water change. At this point, you'll want to slowly correct things (over several days) once they stabilized.

The fish should be fine if the pH isn't too high. The fate of your corals may be TBD.

    2 things I notice there:

You've basically have Alk listed twice. Alk and dKH are the same thing, for the record. However, it's in an okay range now.

The only problematic thing is the detectable ammonia. I'll guess that's due to some die off from the pH spike, however being that high can cause damage to your tang. You can start adding Prime to keep down until you're able to do a water change. How are things looking today?

By those numbers everything seems ok. Ammonia is a little high but not crazy...

I guess im listing my alk and dkh because of my testing kit so now looking at it i am listing twice but i guess you get the point. For now my tank is covered in the white substance. What will be the best way to remove that? and while im on the alk problem how often should i test to know how much i should dose? and if my dosing pump dose 1ml a min how long during the night or day should i dose.

Maybe, my tank might be ok my GSP and my zoas are trying to get light and are out by tang is looking for food so hopefully i might be ok

I also got my shippment of dry rock in from BRS. it is all in a tub right now in RODI water Soaking. should i put the water in from water change water changes or would i be able to rinse off and put in my tank since i do not have anything in the tank really?
