It is a dry heat, yeah right !
You silly goose. Newer house, getting married and a new tank. That is a lot of stuff on your plate. Did you move the tank to it designated area yet?

Not yet. I'm waiting to get my rock before moving it in. I don't want an empty tank in the house.

Set the ApexJr. up on the JBJ. I definitely need to get the wireless and pH probe. This thing is pretty slick.

Ordered my first batch of rock from Aqua-tecture this morning. Once it arrives, I'm moving the tank in the house and beignning the cycle. While it's cycling, I'll be putting money aside to upgrade the lights and add either 2 more MP40s or 1 MP60. I wanted to go ahead and get it up and running before Sept. since I've got an expensive weekend of racing that last weekend at Sebring and that'll set me back from ordering much until after the holidays.

Anyway, here is the centerpeice(s) I ordered:

I plan on adding another centerpiece or 2 to it later but this will let me get started.

Nice score. That rock looks great. Meaning - it doesn't look fake! And the scale is right on. 8)

Thanks Matt. I like it quite a bit more than most of their stuff. Instead of picking up another pre-made centerpiece I'm the future, I may have them make me another one of that same style but bigger/taller. Tank is 27" tall so I need something that gets up on the 18-20" range to finish the rock work off. I'm pretty excited about getting this thing rolling.

Out for delivery and due to arrive next Tuesday. I also ordered an MP40 power supply to replace my non-functional one and it should arrive early next week as well. I haven't been real excited about this because money has been tight and not allowing me to cap off the essentials to get the cycling process started but I'm pretty pumped about this being up and running in just a hair over a week.

Excuse the dirty tank. It's getting a thorough cleaning before coming in the house this Saturday and getting filled up.

Went ahead and ordered the ALD and 2 probes to be delivered by Friday. After setup, I'll be watching the tank/sump like a hawk for leaks but I won't be home on Monday in case something goes wrong. I thought about getting a decent leak detector/alarm from Home Depot but it won't do me any good if I'm not home to hear it. I had planned on getting it anyway but I'll rest easier knowing the return pump will be off and I'll be notified immediately. The house is less than a year old...I REALLY don't need new flooring yet.
