Got everything changed over from the 28 so I am officially and completely consolidated to one tank much to the happiness of my fiancée.

Got my chaeto in the refugium that's being lit by the stock light from the IM 8 that should be a great solution. Got it running on a reverse cycle from the DT lights. Put my MP10 in there to move the water and macro around.

Sump/Undertank....still a bird's nest much to my dismay. I'll start organizing it this weekend even though I'd rather slam my finger in a door...

What the completed scape ended up looking like...I really just added some of the smaller rocks from the 28 onto the R/H island to bring it more towards the front

Going to kind of let the system marinate for a little while. Added a lot in a short amount of time so I want to let the system "cool down". I'm going to make a little mobile 20-30g. water change "station", going to put together a simpler way of filling my ATO reservoir (it's tucked into the back and is a pain to refill by hand), and I need to give my saltwater mixing station it's first run at actually making S/W.

Got around to making an ATO refill "setup". My ATO reservoir is in the back of my stand and was a pain to refill. So this simple bucket, pump, hose getup will save me from having to crawl around.

Also bought a 32g Brute with casters that I will use to transport water from my mixing station to the window by the tank. I'll use a cheap submersible pump to pump water from the Brute, through the window and into the tank. To drain, I'll simply do a gravity drain to the street drain.

Yea I exceeded my bandwidth for the month. I'm going to start using another service or just pay for unlimited. I'll have it fixed tomorrow. Until then, use you imagination ;)

Haven't taken the time to correct them all yet...real pain in the butt. Here are some of the more recent shots though.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Scape looks really nice now, very natural. What direction are you going to. Gorgonians or tabling acroproa would compliment the scape, sure do not want to cover it up.

I want to give a plating monti frag a test run in the tank. Tank is just still so new, I don't have a ton of hope that it will do very well. Me and SPS never really got along. No acros for the time being. Maybe once all of my lighting is squared away. I've got some small spare mag-floats. Was thinking of getting some orange and green playing montis and sticking them on the back glass. If they do well, I know they can cause placement issues down the road because of the lateral real estate they take up. Want to avoid problems down the road. It's early and I'm not rushing. I'm still tweaking what I have and trying to iron out little things.

Speaking of which, anyone know how to cut down on salt spray?
