Did you change the scape, I like it. Tons of coralline.

    The Toadstool looks greats. :)

Hope you do not mine me linking the video.

When I did a tank-wide cleaning, I moved everything around so I didn't have much choice so yea...a little bit of a remodel :p I had a big coralline outburst and it has been nonstop ever since. Much to my dismay, it seems to be growing as fast as I can scrape it off the glass! I started hand dosing trace elements a few weeks ago and everything seems really happy. Either that or it's a placebo affect.

Not at all. I tried to embed the video but got in a hurry so I actually owe you a thank you.

How is your tank coming along? Any news or upgrades? I'm seriously considering an ATO but I'm a little gunshy seeing as how I would rather not dump water on my floor due to a crappy system.

Added two peppermint shrimp and must have gotten lucky. A week after their introduction, not a single bit of aiptasia is left. I've always had a couple but never had an outbreak. Just finally got tired of having those few.

    Great!

Loved my peppermints until they went rouge and started in on my maxi-mini.

Greeeeat. Guess I'll be watching mine like a hawk now! :p

Finally got a mag test and it came out to 1250. The alk test that came with it is either no good or I'm a retard. I cant get the test water to change color....even when I add the initial indicator fluid. I will have to look a bit more as to why :-/

So here are my parameters as best I know:

    Daily swing
    Temp: 79-83
    pH: 7.8-8.2

    Calcium: 480+
Alk: 6 (this is with test suspected of being no good)
    Mag: 1250
