Thanks! I did a short tear down and clean today. Emptied the back chambers and cleaned the detritus, disassembled the pumps and cleaned, removed the simmer and cleaned it out. Did a 25% WC while I was at it.

I'm getting in on a ricordia group buy through a local forum and getting 10. Going to be another week or 2 before I have them, though.

Congrats on the ricordeas. Mount them on a vertical side of rock and in medium flow and low light.

I have the perfect place for them on a front/low rock where they'll be viewable and shielded from the main flow of the tank and bright light.

Got a little stand set up for water changes and such this passed weekend. Got tired of having tanks sitting in the floor. Going to order the two MJ1200s this weekend. Need to order my Tunze 3155 soon in anticipation for the Acrylic workshop where I'll build an ATO reservoir. I'll have some leftover acrylic that I might use to build a frag rack so I can start fragging some of the zoas I buy.

Anyone know of a reliable place to buy strong magnets preferably with an option for sealed so they can go in the aquarium and not rust?

Wow that picture came out fuzzy. Wasn't paying attention and took my phone camera auto-focus for granted.

Added 2 heads of red/green blasto, 4-5 heads of green/purple acan, 5 polyps of blue daisy zoa, 10 polyps of Miami hurricane zoa and two polyps of go spidey go zoa.

    Here is the blasto.

    Bad pictures, I know.

I need a frag rack pretty bad.

Also did my first 5 gallon water change with the ESV BIonic salt. It may just be placebo effect but the water seems to be clearer.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Your zoanthid/palys garden looks like it's filling in.

    Beautiful Blasto, love those corals.

We are ready for TS/Hurricane Isaac. Got a generator on Sunday. It's enough to power the tank at full power, the fridge and all the odds and ends. Going to make some RO/DI cubes tonight to keep the tank temp. from getting to high. Hope a power outage doesn't last through the weekend. We were going to the Atlanta aquarium for Labor day weekend! I'll update as the storm makes landfall. We aren't expecting a ton of wind but there is a lot of rain. Storm surge won't bother us in Baton Rouge.
