After sending items and having recipt for sent items paypal reversed transaction in buyers favor cause of the loose claim that he didn't recive item. I have been battleing with them on this for a month now and they never even looked at evidence that I put forth. Even with tracking numbers and confirmation they decided against me. They are a crock of s*&%. They are a bunch of criminals and will never use again. :finger1:

I use them... I had the opposite problem. Seller never sent me what I ordered but PayPal didn't believe me (ebay didn't either). How do you prove you didn't receive something? It's like proving there's no Santa.

I still use them... lack of choice that's really any better... but I don't do any major transactions this way, to protect myself.

Their customer support is non existent.

I have I think 89 points or whatever you call it on ebay, every one paid with paypal. Only one time I had a problem with a somewhat expensive item ($120) and paypal & ebay's resolution thing solved it very fast, and this was about 5 years ago, I'm sure it's even better now.

i agree with you they have no customer support. I have better responces from a brick wall. They need some compitition so there is better reports. I think from now on i will insist on getting tracking # from sellers if I were you. It is still fustrating. Roar

That's the main reason I require a signature for all items I ship. I have taken two people to court for paypal fraud and won both cases. I'm actually still getting a 30.00 check every month from the last guy who was forced to pay me research and travel time ontop of having to pay my wages for 5 days to drive to IN to appear for court.

    :)

    I love paypal. :)

If the problem is that you sent stuff and they said they didn't get it, don't you have a tracking number to prove they got the stuff? Otherwise it doesn't make sense really unless you sent something USPS with no tracking info which isn't too bright in itself.
