    State Police, that's how. :)

    Also helps when you have retired police in your family and spent your entire youth as a police explorer and have several awards for criminal investigation in the state you live in. ;)

    I sold a RC Helicopter in mint condition of ebay.. Then the guy claimed the main shaft was bent... I ended up refunding half of his money because I got tired of argueing with him...... I'd like to meet that guy in a bar..

    Unless your talking in the thousands, it's not worth taking to court. By the time you hire a lawyer who will take at least a third of the settlement, travel, time off, ect. It's just not worth it IMO.

    tell me about it. I won't do it but it would be more satisfing to drive up there and beat the snot out of him. it was just for a couple hundred bucks.
