So I've never used paypal to except money, anyone know how to do it? Do you request the money or is it the payers responsibility to find your paypal and pay you?
    Thanks in advance

You give them your email (the one you signed up for paypal with), and they can pay it to you using that information.

Oh, and to take out more than a certain amount ($200, $500, I don't remember anymore) at a time, you need a seller account, which is a higher level of verification requiring a bank account and some other information. No business license required or anything like that.

They go to Paypal's website, hit "Send Money", and put in your email, the amount, and the type of payment. Most people will know this already, though.

I tried that with my brother and it's saying it's unclaimed and did not come up on his account?

It worked for me several times. Both of you have to have a paypal account first. You have to enter the full e-mail address. It takes like 2 mins to send it and like 5 mins to get the money.

That means he hasn't accepted the money yet.
