Should be good with softies and most lps IMO. So a frogspawn should do fine. From what I have read they actually do well in low light.

What is the total wattage? Remember to change the bulbs every 6 months. They lose most of their useful PAR by then.

I have a 90 gallon with a frogspawn and I have PC lighting. The light is 256 watts. (4 bulbs at 64 watts) So it works at about 2.8 watts per gallon, so I made sure to put him a little bit higher on the rock work to make sure he gets plenty of light. I also feed my frogspawn frozen mysis shrimp as a supplement.

My frogspawn is probably my favorite coral in my tank. Like others said you will be fine with most soft corals.
    Personally I love zoanthids
