I have a 65 watt coralife 50/50 PC. What kinds of soft coral can i put in my tank? Xenia? Zoos? Shrooms? read my signature for tank specs.

    Thanks,

Take a look at my signature. That is what I have grown under PCs. Remember, you need to replace them out every six months or so. Also, I would use UVL bulbs, just because PCs are not that good of a set up.

When I had PC lighting I was able to keep basically any soft coral healthy. If you are looking into sps or lps corals you might be able to keep some "alive" but they will usually not keep their nice colors. <-- that statement only applies to the easier to keep hard corals like some montipora etc.

this is all shockingly good news to me. I was under the impression that i was going to need at least 1 more 65 watt fixture to keep ANY softie alive. Wow. well thanks for clarifying. Really appreciate it.

    Thanks,
    Ryan
