Awesome tank, thanks. That looks exactly like what I'm trying to do. What did make your overflow box out of?

 

In looking at your illustration it all looks good, just one thing, I noticed there is a cuppling on the pipe leading to the refugium. Is this cuppling designed to regulate the flow going into the fuge? If so than all should be well. I've had a pro tell me the fuge can only do it's job if the cheato has time to denitrate the water running through it. Also by having this ability to regulate the flow will allow maximizing the GPH flow out of the sump.

 

Yea that coupling was intended to be a valve to regulate the flow to the fuge. I'm no artist lol...
