Peppermint shrimp eats anemones. Not just aptasia anemones. Its a risk you take having them. An anemone is anemone to them.

If your shrimp senses fresh food that an anemone may have just ingested, they will pick away at it to get to the food as well. I have an ******* of a cleaner shrimp, to which I have named "*******", who used to pick at my LTA after I had fed it to get whatever food it had just eaten.
