Very likely, but you will need more than one. I have a 90g and I buy 5-6 Peppers when I need they're services.

there are no 100% guarantees with any of the creatures that we add to our tanks. but i know alot of people , including me , have had great success wwith peppers eating aiptasia. get 2 or 3 of them and your chances increase. :)

dang that luna, beat me by that much. :)

I would caution you to keep a close eye on them. I had one peppermint start to go for corals as well. It doesn't happen with every one so just keep an eye on them.

That was not a peppermint that went after corals it was a camelback. they look identical exccept the camel has a slight but noticable hump on its back and will eat on some corals. the p[eppermint will not eat or munch corals.

No, it was a peppermint. I did all the research on it comparing pics and body shapes and it was def a peppermint. There are others on here that have had the same problem.

I too have had awesome results with these guys. Definitely get 4-5 for your tank, I have 3 in my 36. Once their jobs are done, they're kind of cool creepy little guys to watch. They just hang upside down in caves and sway back and forth.

Make sure you have aiptasia and not majano anemones....I made that mistake and the peps did nothing except eat my corals. Also, took them out before I knew about the other identical looking shrimp so I never figured out which ones I really had.

Peppermints dont eat corals, they will however take the food FROM the corals. The Camelback will eat some corals.

As mentioned by GreyGhost, many and I do mean many people confuse the two shrimps. I truely believe that you and others had a Camelback.
