Peppermint

I added a Peppermint shrimp today and he is doing well...My question is what other Shrimp will be cool to put in here with this one? I plan on a cleaner....

yes and for peppermint shrimp to do any good you need multiples of them to kill the aipstatsia so atleast 1-2 more depending on tank size

 

Tank is 55 and I will get 1 more but dont want any species crowded.....(except corals)

ya sounds good i have a 55 and i have two peppermint shrimp coral banded shrimp(he hid in the rock most of the time and i rarley saw him) and a cleaner they are really cool if you stick your hand in the tank he will jump on and start cleaning your hand its so funny just make sure u wash ur hands

 

arent coral banded supposed to be not fish friendly? heard stories of them possibly killing fish and other inverts.

 

no hasnt happened to me he just sat there happily in lv and waited for food
