Im a big fan of the base you have the clam in
it looks really happy to me Peredhil - great mantle extension in the photo and nice flourescing blue

I know its to late and I should have found this out sooner
but on my DD aquascape 2 colour epoxy - it suggests making a base for clams using the putty
make a disc type shape, press the clam into it and then remove it
allow the putty to harden - then put the clam back in the made to measure base which it will then attach to
this prevents bristle worms etc attacking it through the hole in the base that the foot comes out of

I got this neat little guy from GuitarMan. What is it?

Here is a set of SPS. The two in the top left/top right have gotten great growth. The one in the bottom/middle is new and also from GM. I don't remember what any of these are called except the one in the top left, that's a lousetta acro.

Here's a closer shot of that rainbow something SPS from GM. It's looking nice.

Here's my crocea and some SPS that also came from GM. The one on the left is the first shot above and the one on the right is a um, er, something that has gotten very pink and is recovering nicely. It broke in shipment but you can see I just put both pieces in. Oh, and both of these are in holes I just drilled with a 13" concrete bit.

Here is a misc shot. One dead one, er, and a acan that's been growing lately and my armor of god's that have just added a new polyp. There are 12 now!

Another random shot. The top left is kind of a yellow green color and very pretty. I really like that one. I forget what it's called too.

    And finally, the coveted FTS

I posted this in UncleJed's thread, but thought it might work here too.

Before and after shots of my colt. You can see it separated and is moving on up the rock.

Here is a progression of my colt over last couple years

The coral you got from me looks to be the Forest Fire Milli. It colors up better as it grows. It should have an orange base with green polyps. I've seen it go dark orange and vibrant green, to a paler orange and green depending on the lighting it's under.
