    I heard that Petco will have a $1/gallon sale on their aquariums starting Sunday, January 2nd. Does anyone know the factors that make the tank legible for this discount? I know that sizes range from 10 to 55, that bow front and acrylic tanks don't count. Is there anything else? Tis is my first time hearing about it. :)

    I think you have to have a petco pals card to get the sale price. thats pretty much it

    I've seen the sale too but I dont think u need a card; i think it only applies to like plain glass tanks

    I got one reply saying no to this, but i just want to double check. What about the Aqueon 55 gallon kit? I'd think bare tanks, but I hope not. :(

    Gee I hope so. I found a 55 gal on craigslist with stand, canopy, decs, etc for $100. Great condition, too. I was just wondering if there was a better deal. Oh well, sale is still good for a refugium or QT. :-/
