Their own caution "May raise pH levels" gives me cause for concern. Rock should not alter pH unless it's leaching something into the water. I'd suggest ordering from a reputable dealer rather than a generic chain box store.

Check out Macrorocks, Reefcleaners, Aquascapers, and BRS (Pukani will need some acid baths for phosphate removal) for dry rock.

I went with Marcorocks. If you buy the package deals, they are very reasonable. I bought 40lbs of dry rock and 40lbs of course aragonite for 120 dollars. I really like the looks of the rock. I got 9 pieces of football sized rock, which made for easy aquascaping.

calcium based rocks will raise ph from neutral..I used this rock in my reef tank and it is great. I ordered it from drs foster and smith though. Cheaper that way. The rock is very clean and very porous. The ph warning is so people don't put this in a fw tank

That warning actually doesn't surprise me at all. It is probably there for people who think it would be cool to put it in a fresh water tank.

CaribSea "manufactures" a number of aragonite-based products. I have used CaribSea sand on multiple occasions and have been happy with it.
