My radiant wrasse is now swimming about the tank. It was introduced two days ago. Until today it was hiding somewhere in the sand.

    Anthias is missing

Thursday I noticed the anthias had an abrasion on its left side. Despite the injury it ate well. Unfortunately it has been missing ever since. No appearance yesterday or so far today. Checked my overflow, sump, fuge and carpet around and behind the tank. No sign.

Happened to me as well with a cleaner wrasse. Was always out and about and eating well. Then one morning it was no where to be found.

I used to have a trigger in my fish-only tank and loved it.... they have great personality, always wondered whether there is a reef safe trigger.... so keep us updated how he is doing... great looking corals too.. congrats :))

So far so good. I think he's already on the larger side for my tank though. I found a broken branch of orange digitata this morning. I think he bumped into it and broke it. If you look at a digitata wrong it will break.

    Dragonface Pipefish

I ordered two dragonface pipefish from Liveaquaria. I had them sent and held at my local FedEx office for pickup so they would be indoors all day rather than my front porch. It's extremely cold today.

They arrived alive and they are currently being drip acclimated.
