    Hi Guys,

I have a pinpoint Ph probe that I have had for about nine months. I understand that these have to be replaced from time to time and I was wondering what the signs are. I recalibrated mine today and is now reading at about 7.8. My tank normally stays around 8.0-8.1. I haven't checked it against a solution test yet. I plan on doing that tomorrow when I run my full battery of tests. I can't see my tank being that low, but you never know. All of the fish and corals seem to be doing fine so I am not worried. Thanks!!!!

    Regards,
    Ivy

When I had my PH PinPoint, I changed it every yr or so and should be recalibrate every 6 months.

I have been recalibrating mine every couple of months. It seems to creep up over time for some reason. I will compare it tomorrow when I test tomorrow and post it. Thanks!!!!
