I know borderline jack-squat about seahorses except from what I read here...but one thing I will add is it would be cool to have some macro algaes in the tank such as mangroves or some type of fan. That way, your water quality is further improved, and you have natural hitching posts for the horses :) This is what Packleader plans on doing with his fuge on his 200, he already has macros in it and he may be going horses after his tank gets fully up and running.

Good luck! The tank looks great so far!

Jake, did you just put the smiley on as a pic? If so, I have tons of those I can use :D

    Thanks dude. Much appreciated.

Yeah, kinda. It's a little nook in my dining room (about ten feet from my 90 in fact) that was designed for a hibachi type grill. It is connected with the chimney. I used to keep some flowers in there, but they kept dying (it turns out you need to water them), so I decided to put a little tank in there.

Sacrifical damsel went in today. Pics to follow when he decides to come out for a visit. Also found a nice sized Maroon Clown for my 90 to replace the one that passed on.

NICE! I too just got done setting up a 10gal lol. I got too antsy on waiting around for the money to get my 75g reef going so i took my 10gal AGA, threw on a HOB filter with no media in it, threw in a 20lb bag of aragonite, 15lbs of LR and let that baby cycle! just put in 5 blue-leg hermits and 5 extremely small turbo snails (couldnt find any dwarf ceriths locally... *cough* waiting on $$$ so i can place my order with reefcleaners.org). did not consider dwarf seahorses though.... perhaps ill try one. wonder if the scooter blenny i put in here would mess with a seahorse. he's pretty harmless looking. hides in my sandbed 90% of the time. the other 10% is spent cleaning food off of the rocks.
