Phil and Ambers 180 gallon RR reef tank

Was just told buy the guy i am getting the corals from that he threw in a frag of the jedis mind trick!

HAHAH okay tatted, you said it first and you got dibs! steve if youd like a frag and its legal to ship to where you are, id be happy to hook you up bro!!! Just gotta let it grow out first and man that coral is SICK it loves its new home in the 180 thats for sure!!

 

So, i was able to pick up a niger trigger off craigslist for 10 bucks, hes small, about 3 inches and hes in the 55 with the grouper ATM, dont now much about these guys, have heard they are reef safe, is this true?

 

8)Hey Ocean, nice stuff. Thanks for the pics. Triggers have a bad rap. I've had the best of luck with BlueJaw Triggers.....(the nicest in my opinion). Supposedly, they have the best temperment of all the trigger family. As I've read more & more, Nigers are right there in the temperment factor as well. Buy them semi-small. They tend to be the alpha of the tank (usually). Feed them frozen clams on the half shell.....they go wild once you drop a couple in the tank. This helps with their teeth, files them down a bit. They're just really cool fish!
